Who processes the data

The controller of the data you send through this site is Cerrajero en Barcelona, identifiable by the domain cerrajeroenbarcelona.net and the email contacto@cerrajeroenbarcelona.net.

Base: Barcelona. No street postal address is given.

What we collect and why

Contact form: name, phone, email, town, service and message. Purpose: to answer the enquiry or prepare a quote.

Calls and WhatsApp: the number you use and what you tell us so we can manage the job.

Internal contact log: the site may record the contact type (call, WhatsApp or form), the page you came from and a first-visit source marker, so we know how the enquiry arrived. It is not used for third-party advertising.

Legal basis and retention

The basis is your request (pre-contract steps) and, where it applies, the legitimate interest in organising the job and keeping the site secure (anti-spam checks).

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to meet any legal duties that apply. If there is no later relationship, it is not kept indefinitely for marketing.

Recipients

We do not sell your data. Providers that host the site, send the form or run anti-spam checks (Google reCAPTCHA) may access data only as far as needed to run the site.

If Google processes data when you use reCAPTCHA, Google’s own policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to contacto@cerrajeroenbarcelona.net.

You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you think the processing is wrong.

Minors

The services are aimed at adults or at someone representing a community. We do not intentionally ask minors for information.
